Raphaella Prange will discuss strategies for engaging and responding to the post-pandemic student in the context of graduate admissions and recruitment. Raphaella is the Vice President for Student Affairs at Millikin University and has over 24 years of experience in Higher Education. As a first-generation college student and the child of a Latin-American immigrant, Raphaella is passionate about removing barriers and educating her peers on issues of student success, advocacy, and persistence. She actively consults on Trauma-Informed Practices and Generational research for higher education.
